Notes for the Annual Meeting -- Feb 2, 2019
At the Annual Meeting, ballots will be counted for determining whether changes to the By-Laws will have been accepted by the membership. All members who have paid their membership dues for 2019 are eligible to vote as determined by the Membership Coordinator. Ballots have been sent with a letter to all qualified members. These ballots may be mailed in and must be received before the date of the Annual meeting or they may be submitted in person at the annual meeting. Below you will see a copy of the current By-Laws with the changes that have been recommended by the By-Laws Committee that was established by the board of directors. These changes are represented as individual voting options on the ballot. All, some or none of the changes may be approved by the voting membership.
